Where we ship
We ship North America wide from our studio on beautiful Salt Spring Island BC, Canada. Some additional charges may apply for remote areas. This will be calculated at checkout. For shipping outside North America please email us at pacificpuzzleco@gmail.com.
All available puzzles are in stock and will ship from our studio in 1-2 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within Canada is Flat Rate $10.
Shipping to the USA is $20 Flat Rate.
We ship VIA Canada Post/ USPS to USA
Worldwide Shipping is available and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
Please know that international shipments to the US may be subject to customs inspections. While we pack you order with utmost care, we cannot guarantee how customs handles your puzzle, prior to its arrival in your mailbox.
Can I return my order?
In the unlikely event that you change your mind and need to return your puzzle you are welcome to within 10 days as long as the outer packing has not been opened. If you need to return your puzzle please email us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
